Mindfulness and Psychosis by Professor Paul Chadwick,

Last Wednesday I had the privilege of being involved in a very interesting talk in Son Espases Hospital, Palma de Mallorca.

I was asked to interpret for Professor Paul Chadwick, Director of Clinical Psychology Training, Kings College London, and even though I had a few worries about interpreting into a language other than my mother tongue, and a few more butterflies in my stomach when I sat on the stage in the Lecture hall, it was very rewarding experience. A few weeks ago Dr Caterina Vicens told me that we would be hearing a lot about Mindfulness in the near future, but little did I know that her words would ring so true. So it gives me great pleasure to upload this fascinating talk, and I am very grateful to Professor Chadwick for giving me permission. Thank you.
